Our program is designed to prepare participants with the skills to cope with stress, anxiety and learn to create a personal resilience plan for themselves. Through the program, participant will learn to take charge of emotions and burnouts, incorporate self-care practices to build resilience and create a personal Emergency Response (ER) tool kit to reboot mental energy and fatigue.
